By opting in to our SMS program, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Whiterock Locators at the mobile number you provided. Your consent to receive text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may use our apartment locating services without opting in to text messages.
Users opt in to receive SMS messages by completing the apartment search quiz at https://whiterocklocators.com/quiz.
On the first step of the quiz, users may voluntarily check an optional SMS consent checkbox labeled:
“I agree to receive recurring automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from Whiterock Locators at the phone number provided. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. This consent is not required to use our services.”
Only users who actively check this checkbox are enrolled in our SMS program.
Message frequency varies based on your apartment search activity. You may receive multiple messages per week during active apartment searches, or fewer messages when your search is less active. Typically, you can expect to receive between 2 and 15 messages per month depending on your search preferences and activity level.
Message and data rates may apply. Whiterock Locators does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for each message received or sent based on your wireless plan. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, you will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from Whiterock Locators unless you opt in again.
Please note that opting out of text messages does not affect other communications you may receive from us (such as email or phone calls). To manage those preferences, please see our Terms of Service.

Wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission from your wireless service provider and is outside the control of Whiterock Locators. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Carriers may impose additional charges for messaging services; please contact your carrier for details about your plan.
SMS Data Non-Sharing Disclosure
No mobile information, including mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or SMS consent status, will be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. Your opt-in consent to receive SMS messages from Whiterock Locators is not transferable and will not be disclosed to any third party.
Information collected through our SMS program is used solely by Whiterock Locators to provide our apartment locating services as described above. We do not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer any phone numbers or personal information collected through our SMS program to any third party for that third party's own marketing purposes.
